Please fill out and include the Soft Seating Order Form with your PO, when any of the following Soft Seating elements apply.

 CRITERIA:

• Arms - Re-Group Benches
• Custom Orders - unique pieces and shapes

They can be filled out electronically, and emailed back to your sales rep, for enhanced production and efficiency.

The School or Designer should be the one to fill this form with the help of the vendor.
